Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via our courier's website.

Customs, Duties & Taxes TRAPBOSS ORIGINALS LTD is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at trapbossoriginals@outlook.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
